This 6 day immersion’s all about the practice - a deep dive into asana, meditation, and pranayama as well as lots of workshops on hands-on adjustments and sequencing.

It’s designed for yoga teachers longing to reconnect, deepen their practice, and reignite their love for teaching!

Join us at Casa Paco D’Ilhas in Ericeira, a charming surf town 45 min north of Lisbon.

This immersion can be registered as 50 hours of Continuing Education with Yoga Alliance (YACEP).(YACEP).
